Creating Pathways

After years of working with and for other nonprofits and organizations, we decided it was time to combine our knowledge, experience, and passion to create something rooted in community. We envisioned a space where we could show up as our full, authentic selves — guided by our cultural teachings and committed to strengthening the communities we belong to and love.

Creating Pathways is that vision realized. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in South King County, we are dedicated to empowering Native and Veteran communities through vital programs and services. Our mission is to establish accessible and inclusive pathways for 2S/LGBTQIA+ Veterans of Color, Native Veterans, Tribal Elders, and their households and communities — providing the tools, resources, and support needed to ensure we all thrive in today’s ever-changing world.

Core Programs Include:
